If you're not happy with your Yamazing purchase, get in touch within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized items, unless they're defective upon arrival.

For eligible returns, send the product back in its original packaging within 15 days after we authorize your return. You'll need to include a screenshot of your order. Once we receive the product in good condition, we'll refund or exchange it using your original payment method.

Keep in mind, if you've opened any accessories, we may apply a 5% restocking fee. And remember, you're responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
