How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your Yamazing purchase, get in touch within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized items, unless they're defective upon arrival. For eligible returns, send the product back in its original packaging within 15 days after we authorize your return.
What is your product warranty?
We offer a 3-year warranty on all our products. In the event of a defect, we will replace the product free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear.
Can you help with my project?

Do you offer measurements?
We currently only offer measurements services in the San Francisco Bay Area. If you're located outside of this area, we recommend hiring a professional to take your measurements. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support.
Do you have a showroom?
We don't have a flagship store yet, but we have a family style showroom in the San Francisco Bay Area, so reach out if you are interested. We can also schedule a free virtual consultation to assist you with any questions you may have.
