How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

What is your return policy?

If you're not happy with your Yamazing purchase, get in touch within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized items, unless they're defective upon arrival. For eligible returns, send the product back in its original packaging within 15 days after we authorize your return. You'll need to include a screenshot of your order. Once we receive the product in good condition, we'll refund or exchange it using your original payment method. Keep in mind, if you've opened any accessories, we may apply a 5% restocking fee. And remember, you're responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@yamazing.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long does it take to process a refund?

What is Blackout?

Blackout fabric provides maximum light blockage, making it ideal for bedrooms or media rooms where complete darkness is desired. Our blackout material is crafted with a three-layer structure, incorporating two outer layers made of 100% polyester with the same color to achieve an elegant aesthetic. The inner layer is composed of fiberglass covered with PVC, ensuring the best light blocking performance.

What is Light Filtering?

Light Filtering fabric allows natural light to enter while providing privacy. It softens and diffuses sunlight, creating a comfortable ambiance in the room. Our light filtering fabric is woven with high-quality yarn, undergoes a thickening process for ample weight, and ensures superior quality. The fabric exhibits color stability and strong sun resistance. With special anti-static and dust-resistant treatment, it effectively repels dust and moisture, remaining free from dust adhesion. High smoothness ensures minimal deformation over time.

What is Solar?

Solar fabric is crafted to manage sunlight glare and heat, mitigating the effects of UV rays while preserving an outward view. Cleaning is a breeze – a simple wipe with alcohol can do the job. Ideal for kitchens, offices, and doors facing gardens. Our solar fabric is woven using top-quality yarn coated with PVC, offering features such as water resistance, fire resistance, sunblock, mold resistance, and protection against formaldehyde.

What is the warranty?

We offer a 3-year warranty on all our products. In the event of a defect, we will replace the product free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear.

The percentage numbers indicate the openness factor of the fabric, which is the measure of how tightly or loosely the yarns are woven. A lower openness percentage means more light blockage, more privacy, and less visibility. A higher openness percentage means less light blockage, less privacy, and more visibility. The 3% option is a popular choice for UV protection while preserving visibility.

How many remotes do I need?

Our remote comes with 15 channels, each typically paired with an individual shade. Users can control shades independently by selecting the specific channel. Alternatively, a special channel 0 allows simultaneous control of all shades paired with the remote. In most cases, one remote is designated for each room.

What is a smart hub?

Our smart hub is a Zigbee hub, a central device that uses Zigbee wireless communication protocol to connect and control motorized roller shades within a smart home system. It serves as a bridge between the roller shades and other smart home devices, enabling seamless communication and integration.
